Merchant would like the online orders to be credited under a specific employee and email instead of just the owner email.

Print head on Clover Mini does not last-receipts become illegible & the only solution is to replace the entire device? So wrong!gre
Clover Mini Print Heads should be replaceable. The rest of the machine works fine. It seems crazy to throw out a perfectly good machine when the print head should be able to be replaced. Plus I have a real problem with purchasing a new one to the tune of $700 when it won't even last a few years in a very small shop.
5 votesPeriodic cleaning of the print head should allow the printer to last the life of the machine. Print heads have been tested to >30 miles of printed paper with typical receipt content.

Revenue Class needs to be able to be imported for items and category needs to be a filter option
Revenue Class is not currently exportable and there is no way to easily locate items when there are potentially thousands in a given Revenue Class in order to modify them. Also, it would be nice to be able to filter item list by Category

Guest Count on Order Receipts
Allow the option to add a guest count at the top of the order receipt, even when no specific items are assigned to individual guests. This helps chefs better plan and coordinate food preparation for table-sharing scenarios.

KDS display should list the categories and modifiers as they are assigned in register instead of how the order is put in.
Merchant would like the items, categories and modifiers to be listed as they appear in the inventory app on the KDS, not how they appear now, which is the order by which the server puts in the order. This current method causes modifiers to be out of order and items to be possibly listed in the wrong order as well.

Multi KDS Kitchen & Server Mode Needed
Need a "Server/Food Runner Mode" on multi KDS situation with functionality that ensures orders don't disappear from the server screen when the Kitchen marks an item as ready. Currently, "Expo Mode" doesn't support this feature.
In this Server Mode, an indicator (e.g., a dot) could appear next to each item to show it has been marked as ready by the Kitchen. When the server touches the item on their screen, it would then be marked as completed on the Server Mode Screen. This would be an ideal solution. Thank you.

One for basic menu online ordering and pick up on a day to day basis and one separate and dedicated to ordering online catering orders.

Kiosk and KDS Issues
I have a problem with KDS and the clover Kiosk
First the KDS have an issue that if we adjust the size of the text to large or largest we lose the word takeout and dine in with the kiosk orders and it shows just like this ex; (Kiosk..) and the only way to fix it by keep the text on the small witch is hard to see and we are facing the same issue with the due orders so we have dine in and to go order type on the Due, and on the KDS does not show the…5 votes -
"Reset to POS Prices Button” on the Online Order Edit menu Prices
Online Order should have a "Reset Prices to POS” when we edit the menu prices. When editing the prices and increasing the percentage for the menu, you are able to add a percentage but what happens if you want to go from say 30$ (uber/ Doordash) to 15%. it adds up to 45%

Assign categories per employee code
Assign categories per employee code. This would allow categories and inventory items to be assigned and accessible based on their employee code. Currently all employees can see all categories and inventory items and run transactions from any category.

Wall Mounted server station
Wall mounted Solo options for servers would have allowed us to gain 2 major accounts. They ended up going with xxx because they felt if Clover couldn't accommodate something as simple as a wall mounted server station, then what else are they missing.

Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Please find a way to limit Clover software updates to outside of business hours. We've heard a number of complaints about updates happening during peak hours that have been negatively impacting business

Daypart Time Ranges for Each Day
It would be extremely helpful if we could define a Start & Stop time for each Day selected when configuring a Daypart.
If a business is open until 2AM on a Monday, for example, it would be nice to be able to configure a Daypart that extends from 10pm on Monday until 2AM on Tuesday.

Kiosk - TM-L90 Sticky Label Printer
Please give the Kiosk access to the labels app and/or program compatibility with an Epson TM-L90 sticky label printer. When merchants are running Clover POS with an Epson TM-L90 and want to integrate kiosks into their cafe/restaurant to expand their service volume, kiosks are not a realistic option without having similar functionalities as the Clover Mini. Competitors like Chowbus and Infi kiosks have seamless integrations with label printers, and have become favorable options for our merchants, unfortunately.
