1. Service charge permission <add or remove>

   Allow Admin to enable/disable a staff member to add/remove service charge. While it is imperative to have the system restrict removing the service charge due to operational loss. In certain environments its required to add a service charge at odd hours of the day depending on the order. We need to be able to restrict the addition or removal with the admin code

2. Smaller Kiosk Option

   Hi, I just want to know if there are any plans to offer a smaller customer-facing kiosk unit?

   The current one is nice, but too big/tall for stores with limited cash register space.

   Ideally, the kiosk would be big but not big enough that it takes up space needed to do a manual/cash transactions right in front of/above it. Essentially taking up the spot where Clover Minis are usually placed in a Clover Duo Station set up (i.e. a screen facing the customer with the POS right in front of it).

   Perhaps a quarter to half size of the current kiosk would be appropriate.

   Please do research and offer this as it would make it less necessary for a cashier to be present for every transaction without all the space requirements of the current kiosk. I would buy it first day. Thanks!!!

3. The ability to add a printer beeper/buzzer to the Star TSP100 order printer

   Star already supports a printer buzzer (model BU01-24-A) that plugs into the RJ11 jack at the back of the unit. Ideally, we could set this to print to only certain order types, namely online orders that employees wouldn't necessarily be aware of.

4. Inventory Export for Online Items

   I am having to export a menu from one restaurant location and import into another location. The Inventory import only brings in the Item name and prices etc, but all information online is is not. Online Name, Description and pictures. Although pictures may be difficult to save, but i would like to suggest adding the Online name and description to the excel Sheet on export. I just expend 3 hours moving all online information from on restaurant to another when it should be added to the export sheet. All inventory is turned off inline including modifiers. When you have big inventories with a lot of modifiers and online menu, this can be very time consuming.. and now i have 4 more restaurants to do. This is not user friendly.

6. Different Menus for Clover Dining Table QR Codes

   We want the ability to have the (Clover Dining) Table QR Codes to point to different menus. The use case is that when people are dining in we want to allow them to order pastries like croissants. However, if they order online via direct link to the clover menu, or 3rd party, they should not be able to order pastries. Another example would be alcohol, can't have people ordering that online, because they must be in-person to check ID.

   Perhaps there could be a separate Menu Channel for each table in Clover Dining. Or at least a separate Menu Channel for QR Code Menus. That way you can easily assign a Menu in https://www.clover.com/menus/m/xxxxx to the QR Codes.

7. Custom view and pricing for identical Modifiers on order receipt

   When I select an item such as a latte I am then presented options such as milk type, syrups, temperature etc.

   The issue I have now if I select multiple of the same modifier such as vanilla syrup it prints out on the order ticket like this and can lead to very long order receipts:

   Latte ICED
   Oat milk
   Vanilla
   Vanilla
   Vanilla
   hazelnut

   ideally it would look like this:

   Latte ICED
   Oat milk
   3 x Vanilla
   1 x hazelnut

   Also, is there a way to where it only charges for the first modifier added but no extra as additional are added i.e. $.50 for one vanilla or 4.

   third party online sales and sales taxes should be excluded on the report, or reported separately because they pay the taxes, so i get the clear picture of taxes owed to state, county and city, right now its included in the total sales.

10. "Reset to POS Prices Button” on the Online Order Edit menu Prices

    Online Order should have a "Reset Prices to POS” when we edit the menu prices. When editing the prices and increasing the percentage for the menu, you are able to add a percentage but what happens if you want to go from say 30$ (uber/ Doordash) to 15%. it adds up to 45%

11. Catering app or catering order functions added to clover

    there is a widespread need for a Catering app or catering order functions added to clover. restaurants need the ability to take a catering order from clover inventory items, send that order as a proposal, have the client accept the proposal and partial pay (deposit) or full pay the order, then track food quantity needed, date for preparation, date for pickup or delivery, delivery location, and confirmation. There is NO clover app of function for this, and no really good web-based option either.

    It would be awesome to have the order times, delayed orders, overdue orders, order types available in the reporting section on the clover dashboard.
    To see the number of 3rd party order apps, website traffic, et cetera.

13. Inventory Numbers on Modifiers

    We are a brewery that sells many merchandise items, clothing, hats, sweatshirts, glassware etc. Of the items we sell: beers, cans of to-go beer, glassware, signs, growlers etc. we can add an inventory number to the item, which subtracts from the inventory when we sell that item. This works perfectly for our inventory tracking, showing the total number of the items still in inventory after each day.

    For clothing items this system is not helpful or useable as it will show the number of total shirts, not what is needed, the inventory number of each different size of the shirts. We enter our clothing items under the clothing category as one item for all sizes and then have size modifiers to indicate the size options. Currently to easily monitor inventory we would have to make each size of every clothing item an individual item. This would fill the screen with similar items, making it difficult to find the correct item and size during transactions. What we need is to be able to add inventory numbers to the size modifier to inform us the number of clothing items we have of a size. This would be very helpful for our inventory tracking of our clothing.

    The ability to inventory a modifier would also be helpful for restaurants that have special menu items. I.E. if a restaurant has a special of flounder topped with crab but only has 5 orders of crab you could add the inventory number of 5 to the add crab modifier button and the servers could see the modifier number subtract with each sale of the modifier.

    This addition should be easy to program, (I think) if you can add an inventory number to an item it should be easy to make an inventory number add to a modifier.

    Posting 2 ideas that are needed
    1. I offer rolls, where each roll is $8. However if a patron purchases 2 rolls, i want to offer it for $15. The rolls (or any menu item), needs to have a combiner option to push through deals that pushes sales higher
    2. The menu also offers meals, which is a roll, fries and a drink (coke, sprite etc) for $12, i want to able to offer a customer to replace this drink with a milkshare for an additional $2, to get the total to $14. Again an upcharge oppurtunity to push sales higher

15. Adding menu items to online menu from device

    We should be able to add menu items to our online menu from the device. We used to be able to do this with the "online" column in the inventory app. Clover has taken the entire column away, making the only way to add an item through the dashboard. This is not convenient.

16. Need a monthly report that shows daily CASH sales totals

    As a bookkeeper I have a request for an additional report that shows a monthly report with daily cash sales totals. My restaurant client makes daily bank deposits of the CASH they receive. I need to check if what they deposit matches with the cash sales according to Clover. If they deposited more or less than the actual cash sales then I need to record that in the books as cash over or short. Right now no such report exists so I have to look at each day, scroll down, write down the amount on a spreadsheet. Then the next day, and so on. Can you make a report that could be exported as an excel file? Make one column with the every date that month, one column with the cash sales according to Clover, and leave one column blank so I can use it to record the actual cash deposited. Maybe you could even make another column that then automatically calculates the cash over or short.

    The Clover App Market is not available on PHYSICAL equipment Clover Kiosk and Clover Compact. In Puerto Rico we need to download the app IVU CONTROL but because the APP MARKET is not enabled, we can not do download.

    This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. You cant' keep honest people honest if you don't have the single most basic physical base covered.
