3. Combos of Items and Discounts

   Let's say you have items in inventory as
   (Burger Categories)
   Hamburger $1
   Cheeseburger $1.5

   (Pizza Categories)
   Cheese Pizza $2
   Sausage Pizza $3

   (Fries Categories)
   Small Fries $0.75
   Large Fries $1.50

   (Drinks Categories)
   Coke $0.50
   Sprite $0.50

   You want to create:
   Combo A (Hamburger, Small Fries and Coke) for $2 (Not combo is $2.25 total)(This is specifically set the items for the Combo)
   Combo B (Cheeseburger, Large Fries and Coke) for $3 (Not combo is $3.50 total)(This is specifically set the items for the Combo)
   Combo C (Select 1 from Burger Category, Select 1 from Pizza Categories, Select 1 from Drinks Categories) get $2 discount from the total. (This is NOT specifically set the items for the Combo, but let customer choose the items in the each categories)

   Currently for Clover to have Combo is to create an item call
   Combo A with modifier (just for) Hamburger, Small Fries and Coke and set the price to $2
   Combo B with modifier (just for) Cheeseburger, Large Fries and Coke and set the price to $3
   Combo C with modifier of Burger Categories, Pizza Categories and Drinks Categories. You have set the price of each modifier already discounted so the total comes to your expectation.

   But, there are some major problems to this method.
   At the end of the month, you CANNOT run an item sales report to see how many burgers, fries or coke you sold. You CAN'T run the report of item sold for just Burgers. You have to check each modifiers of each items and manually count how many of those items sold. You also can't run discounts when the # of items in the combo requirement are meet.

   The correct method of doing this is to have this thing call Combo in the inventory, where you can create a name for the combo and select either Categories or individual items into it to create a combo that you can set discount by $ amount or percentage off and with date and time this combo can be available. (example: BOGO M-F from 12p to 4pm only or BOG2ND50%OFF During whole month of March All days)

   (The Clover app "Mix, Match or Combo" does this already very well on the Clover register, but it doesn't work for Clover online orders)

   When you run the item sales report, you can tell how many of each items were sold. NO MORE going into each items to count modifiers manually.

   Let's say you have items in inventory as
   (Burger Categories)
   Hamburger $1
   Cheeseburger $1.5

   (Pizza Categories)
   Cheese Pizza $2
   Sausage Pizza $3

   (Fries Categories)
   Small Fries $0.75
   Large Fries $1.50

   (Drinks Categories)
   Coke $0.50
   Sprite $0.50

   You want to create:
   Combo A (Hamburger, Small Fries and Coke) for $2 (Not combo is $2.25 total)(This is specifically set the items for the Combo)

4. Online Orders Frequency Options

   Online Ordering Frequency would allow you to edit/limit the frequency by which customers can place online orders through your Online Ordering platform. Essentially you as the merchant are able to set the number of orders that can be placed within a specific timeframe, like in 10 Mins, 30 mins, an hour, etc

   A lot of my smaller Clover Restaurants have limited capacity to how many orders they can make at a time so during their busiest hours its extremely helpful to have a feature that allows the merchant to mitigate receiving a high number of simultaneous orders by limiting how many can be placed within a 15 minute window.

   For example if I want to only allow for 2 orders within a 15 min window then if a 3rd order is about to be placed within that 15 minute window it will prompt the customer to schedule a later pick up time.

7. We need a way to close a drawer during a shift that only batches the drawer we are closing!

   For instance, I have two pos Stations with the same MID #. If I count down or close one drawer to start a new shift, and batch it so someone else can use it, It also batches the other drawer at the same time. There is no way to separate one drawer from the other.

8. Problem with printing orders

   I have a huge problem with the clover kiosk. There are 2 payment options, Credit Card and Cash, but if you select the Cash option you have to wait for the Duo Station. Customers complain because their orders are delayed. Solution: After selecting the Cash option, the order must be printed on the order printer so as not to lose your place in the order queue.

9. Make 86ing Online menu items easier.

   Why did Clover take away the column for 'Online' in the inventory app on the device? Seems the only way to remove an item is now through the dashboard. This is not easier when a restaurant is busy. We need a way to remove (not just grey out and say "unavailable") a menu item from the online menu. It was there until a couple of months ago.

11. Change order type in Clover Dining app

    Merchant would like to be able to change the order type in the Clover dining app. Currently, it only allows the change in the Register app. This can make the order printing process confusing as it shows both the section and order type on the order receipt.

12. Kiosk and KDS Issues

    I have a problem with KDS and the clover Kiosk
    First the KDS have an issue that if we adjust the size of the text to large or largest we lose the word takeout and dine in with the kiosk orders and it shows just like this ex; (Kiosk..) and the only way to fix it by keep the text on the small witch is hard to see and we are facing the same issue with the due orders so we have dine in and to go order type on the Due, and on the KDS does not show the customer name if the text size was on large or largest because the KDS put the customer name in line with Dine In instead of underneath it like the Kiosk orders
    Please resolve this issue ASAP

    when you click on Dine in or Take out the first thing the customer see is All Items and the items in it randomly organized without us able to reorganize it or even to take the All item option out completely because it confuses the customers so please give us the option to start with our category not with All Items.

13. Bulk Edits For Items

    Dashboard: Cannot edit item quantities in bulk, only single edits allowed unless uploaded via spreadsheet which would require existing items to be removed to avoid duplicates on the newly imported file. When selecting bulk edit, please consider an option for quantity.

14. Move Item Tracking settings up in Dashboard

    Dashboard: When editing an item, all sections are collapsed automatically, majority edits consist of quantities/stock which are located at the very bottom, could we disable the auto collapse or re-arrange the position of those options (quantity/ stock)

    Orders shown on KDS should be able to snake around rather than having to scroll down. Right now they have to scroll down to see the entire order. That is not ideal for a busy restaurant They are switching from toast and they have the ability to see the entire order without having to scroll.
