  1. We need to be able to add Breakfast Menu Times to our Cafe hours.  Hope House Cafe.
    We use online ordering and Doordash options, but are not able to enter hours and have this option available for online ordering.

    We are currently having to manually enter and remove them daily for Breakfast Menu ITems.

  2. We have teenage volunteers using the clover machines to raise charity for poor families, it's a wonderful Machine, however some of the teenagers are playing around with the camera and gallery app, taking videos with it, they managed to upload movies with adult content on it!!, as of now there is no way how I can lock down the machines from this happening, please advise, I had this problem by clover flex and clover pocket, didn't check your other machines

  3. Full service restaurants have the following critical issue:

    Server A accidentally closes out an order to the incorrect payment method, Manager A then refunds/voids the payment, then Server A adds the correct payment method.

    In reports, it shows that Server A has taken 2 payments and that Manager A has performed 1 refund. This corrupts both the server and manager's sales reports and tip payouts.

    Please add the ability to have employees without refund permissions to still refund orders with a manager code in the same way employees can add discounts to an order with a manager code and…

  5. We have Order Numbers set to Manual (cashier enters a number/text for each order), and a recent update made it so that cashiers can no longer hit the check on the android keyboard to bypass the order number: they're now forced to enter something on every order. We have a significant number of simple orders (one soda, etc) that don't require an order number and would like the ability to quickly bypass entering an order number restored.

  6. New update, Clover Modifiers are now all seperate. Have to click each modifier group.

    Use to be able to scroll. Now each Transaction takes and extra 30 seconds. Great to know that clover wants me to lose transactions, and money!

  7. Merchants need to be able to see the cash deposit totals by employee on their POS and not just via the dashboard. Currently, the POS shows cash deposit totals - but not by employee.

    The cash deposit totals by employee are visible in the dashboard and so this should be accessible via the POS as well.

    This is important for employees and their manager when checking cash deposits at the end of their shifts.

  8. Allow the Clover Kiosk to send order receipts to a connected kitchen printer, even when the cash tender type is selected on the Kiosk.

    Part of the value of the Kiosk is streamling ordering. If an order won't even fire until the order is engaged with on another Clover device, than a part of the utility of the Kiosk is lost.

  9. Now that we have Dayparting for our menus, we need to have the same ability to work with the pickup services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grub hub and all others.

  10. We want to be able to put a custom gratuity amount or custom percentage which will appear under tips and gratuity and not under service charge. This amount will print on the customer receipt under sales tax it will gratuity and dollar amount.

  11. Need feature for directly pushing clover go orders to printers.

    I am taking orders from outside the restaurant using call forwarding when my team is busy! I am able to save the orders but i have to call someone at the restaurant and they will the order and push to the printer…!

    They will be busy and missing printing which leads to delayed orders and customer grievances…!

    You guys are giving that feature to third parties like doordash, uber eats, grubhub, stream.. etc.! Why cant you donit from your own app

  12. The ability to route items to the kitchen based on order type. For example, a kitchen that wants to send to go /online orders to a specific printer located in the kitchen and dine in orders to a different printer. This is great for restaurants that have a separate kitchen preparing to go and online orders. Right now, the work around is to create duplicate items, Fries (For Here) and Fries (To Go). Although this works, it makes item reporting and menus more confusing.

  13. Through Clover Dining we are currently able to apply ORDER DISCOUNTS which does just that, applies discounts to the entire table's order. We are also able to individually apply ITEM DISCOUNTS, applying discounts to the specific item(s) selected. We need to have a GUEST DISCOUNT which allows a restaurant/server to apply a discount to any items that are assigned to a specific GUEST without having to go one by one on each item under that GUEST and complete the ADD ITEM DISCOUNT feature.

  15. Allow certain items to Sync together…. For example… my client has 5 bottles of red wine, he stated about 4 glasses equals a bottle. On the menu his servers either sell by glass or sell by bottle. We want the option to be able to input 5 quantity on the bottle items but when you sell that same bottle by the glass in a different category,automatically deduct a portion of his choosing (in this case .25) on the bottle quantity category.

  16. You should be able to close out the cash drawer mid-day by attaching it to an employee and then when they close their shift, the drawer restarts. It would be nice to be able to put a set amount in the settings that the drawer would start at and then at the end of each shift, reporting would tell you how much money should be in the drawer total including the starting balance. After the morning shift leaves, the drawer should return to that starting balance and reset for the evening shift and all open tabs could have a single…

  17. This is just a simple idea. When you click and hold and item in clover dining, you should be able to input a number of how many of that item is left and when that number goes to zero, it should grey out and appear as out of stock.

  18. When you are checking out a guest and you click pay and try to split the payment it forces you to stay on the payment screen until you complete all payments. Sometimes not all guests leave at the same time and you aren’t checking everyone out together. Granted, you can leave other tabs open by clicking the pay button under the three dots under the individual seats but it is really hard to train staff to do this consistently and we often run into issues during rush because they forget.   19. In states like Ohio, food items taken to go are not taxed. For families who dine in and then take items to go, we have to ring those items in a whole separate tab and check the customer out twice because you cannot remove taxes off a single item without removing them from the whole order. Other POS systems have a dining type modifier that is automatically attached to all items and if you click 'to go', the taxes are automatically removed and it is signified in the kitchen.

  20. Servers and bartenders who take orders should only be able to create an order if they are properly signed in. Accidents do happen where a server will accidentally use another employee's log in number and then an order is under someone else's name that is not even working.

    Servers should also NOT be able to open up another servers or bartender tab or table. This will help eliminate making a payment on the wrong guest check that belongs to another server.
