Ability to Add Costs for Modifiers
I have had this request made by a number of my cafe and coffee shop merchants.
It would be extremely helpful for restaurants to get more accurate cost reporting and gross profit margin reporting if Clover could add the ability for merchants to assign a cost to modifiers just like we do for items.
For coffee shops and restaurants every additional protein option, every milk choice for a coffee, flavor syrup pump, etc has a cost to it from an accounting stand point.

Delivery Options
For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country. Sub Modifiers
When programming a menu for a full service restaurant. We need Sub Modifiers!!
Lets say the Item is Spaghetti that comes with choice of soup or salad.
Right now the modifier has to read: Every kind of soup and every kind of salad option.
It would be nice if a modifier was able to be programed that said "soup" and then "salad".
Then SUB modifiers would come up. IF Salad was selected all the salad dressings would be listed in the sub modifier. If soup was selected all of the soup options would come up in the sub modifier.

Add a Built-in Utensils Request Option for Online Ordering
Clover Online Ordering should include a built-in utensils request option.
A simple checkbox such as:
□ Request utensils
during checkout would allow customers to request utensils only when needed.
The feature should be configurable so merchants can enable or disable it depending on local requirements and their operational needs.
Many jurisdictions, including California, require restaurants to provide utensils only when requested by the customer.
Major delivery platforms already provide this functionality.

END OF SHIFT REPORT
End of shift Report
It would be ideal to have a report where the Servers can print out at the end of their shift, with Credit card total sales, Credit card TIPS total, Cash sales total. And if they owe the house or the house owes them Every other system, but clover has this report. Please do something about ASAP

Be able to remove order note for online order
Many merchants want to remove order notes for online orders. You can do this for kiosk, but not for online orders. Many customers putting special request that are normally being charged. Customer are getting free add on.

sms text - for online pick up orders from KDS
A merchant has the QR clover online ordering in a food truck space where there many food trucks parked. The facility has their online clover website in their main website. When their customer is using their clover online ordering platform for pick up the clover KDS doesn't send a sms that the order is ready for pick up and Kiosk works. They would like the clover online ordering website hosted by clover for pick up orders to also be able to send sms text like the Kiosk from Kitchen Display

Provide POS check details back on intotransaction details; went missing after portal update
When we process payments with our POS system using Clover terminals it use to show our POS check details (Check number and table/customer name) in the transaction details of Clover transaction details. This is now not visible in the new dashboard. We cannot search on check numbers now which makes it very difficult with the high volume of sales we do day to day.

Please add the Order-Ready text
My restaurant is very small with limited space, there is no space for the customer to wait inside if the restaurant is full housed. If an order is ready and got checked by Main Expo KDS, it will send a text message to inform customer to come in and pick up. I'm not sure if it let 1 KDS to finish all other KDS's meal when it press, if it does then good.

Transfer of Outside Rewards Points into Clover Rewards Customer List
Need to have the capability to upload outside Rewards Lists into Clover Customer Rewards List. Having to manually upload a Rewards Customer List is a major friction point. You want to attract business owners to Clover Rewards but you put a major roadblock to that. That should be part of the initial onboarding and set up of Clover Dashboard, the ability to upload a Customer List from another Rewards Program.

Clover Dining - Guest Count Report Delay
It’s great to see the Guest Count Report added to Clover Dining. Unfortunately, the report can take several hours to update, and sometimes the final count is not available until the next day.

Labels, Taxes, Revenue classes driven by Category
Would be really helpful to have revenue classes, printer labels, and tax settings driven at the category level instead of at the item level. So any item created within a category would automatically inherit the category's label, tax, and associated settings.

Add and lock revenuve class by category
When setting up new revenue classes today, it is extremely cumbersome and time consuming and leaves much room for error. Items must be assigned to a revenue class one by one. Further more, those revenue classes show up in printer label sections making things very confusing.
Revenue classes should have the option to assign them by category as well as individually. If I can pull a list of all beers from the beer category and assign them to the revenue class "Beer Sales" it would save hours. Archive old menu items/ Hiding categories
Archive Feature/ Hiding unused categories!
When working in the clover dashboard, it can become very cluttered with old items, categories and modifier groups. It would be great to have the option to "archive" certain features. Most importantly archiving categories and items.
This would help clean up the back end to make it more user friendly for owners and managers. It would also help increase efficiency in the front end.

Doordash and UberEats Taxes Seperation
Currently when integrated the taxes for the orders get added into the taxes collected even though Clover is not processing these payments. The Restaurant must have a way in reporting of separating these taxes out from the taxes that were on Clover processed payments

Ability to give Deletion Reason on live order/check
It would be nice if and when a person operating in the Register Mode is prompted to give a reason when an item is deleted from a live order/check. This would help prevent the operator from deleting off items for friends and cohorts at their own discretion. During our Grand Opening, the team was told to stick strictly to our Discounts Code and to not comp too many items. We found that there were 75 item deletions in one day from checks.
