Sub Modifiers
When programming a menu for a full service restaurant. We need Sub Modifiers!!
Lets say the Item is Spaghetti that comes with choice of soup or salad.
Right now the modifier has to read: Every kind of soup and every kind of salad option.
It would be nice if a modifier was able to be programed that said "soup" and then "salad".
Then SUB modifiers would come up. IF Salad was selected all the salad dressings would be listed in the sub modifier. If soup was selected all of the soup options would come up in the sub modifier.

send text on completed order on KDS
If customer has provided their cellphone number under "add a customer" - the kds should have the option to send a text to them when their order is marked completed. This is very helpful for takeout/fast food restaurants.

END OF SHIFT REPORT
End of shift Report
It would be ideal to have a report where the Servers can print out at the end of their shift, with Credit card total sales, Credit card TIPS total, Cash sales total. And if they owe the house or the house owes them Every other system, but clover has this report. Please do something about ASAP

Please add the Order-Ready text
My restaurant is very small with limited space, there is no space for the customer to wait inside if the restaurant is full housed. If an order is ready and got checked by Main Expo KDS, it will send a text message to inform customer to come in and pick up. I'm not sure if it let 1 KDS to finish all other KDS's meal when it press, if it does then good.

Labels, Taxes, Revenue classes driven by Category
Would be really helpful to have revenue classes, printer labels, and tax settings driven at the category level instead of at the item level. So any item created within a category would automatically inherit the category's label, tax, and associated settings.

Delivery Options
For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country. Doordash and UberEats Taxes Seperation
Currently when integrated the taxes for the orders get added into the taxes collected even though Clover is not processing these payments. The Restaurant must have a way in reporting of separating these taxes out from the taxes that were on Clover processed payments

Be able to remove order note for online order
Many merchants want to remove order notes for online orders. You can do this for kiosk, but not for online orders. Many customers putting special request that are normally being charged. Customer are getting free add on.

Generate Menu Images using AI
Clover should have a service where Clover can generate menu images or edit menu images for COLO using an AI service if a merchant does not have images available or the resources to capture or edit their own images.

Sort order of Modifiers within Mod Group
When adding a modifier group you should be able to drag and decide which modifier pops up first. For example, a pizza shop wants to select sauce, then cheese, then toppings. We should just be ablet to drag and move them or enter them the way we want them to come up. It defaults to alphabetical order.

Monthly Sales Report broken out by Tender by Day
Need the ability to have a Monthly Sales Report that shows the total Daily amount received broken out for Debit/Credit Card Sales; Cash Sales; Checks; and Gift Card Purchases all on one report. Very similar to the current Monthly Sales Report, but instead of all sales totalled together, break the totals out.

Kitchen Printer Chit Customization
I am all in with Clover if I could only adjust the Kitchen Printer Chits. I need a compact and readable printout. Kitchen efficiency is above all else in my casual dining restaurant.
The current order printer setup in the kitchen is too large, too spaced out, hard to read font, and splits items up by table and guests. The kitchen just needs items to make and in the mods in a simple condensed format please.

Shift Reports
Most Restaurants and Bars have multiple Shifts throughout the day. Cashiers and bartenders begin their shift with a starting cash (bank) to provide change to their customers. In established restaurants cashiers/bartenders are responsible for all cash transactions, sometimes with and without manager approval. It is a Requirement for their Shift Reports to include starting bank, cash payments, cash payouts and deduction of credit card tips.
Currently Clover Shift Reports (Homebase) only tracks cash payments and credit card tips. That is unacceptable for most hospitality organizations.

SALES BREAKDOWN (FOOD AND LIQUOR)
There is currently no way to quickly determine the restaurants (or individuals) sales break down for Food and Liquor. This information (liquor sales) would be useful for servers at the end of each shift to determine the amount they must tip out the bartenders. Additionally, this information would be extremely beneficial for the restaurant to determine sales of periods (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). There has to be a better way to do this, than continuing it on our fingers or with scrap paper. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Multi-Location Menu Management: Maintain Consistent Item IDs Across Locations
Multi-location merchants using Clover Enterprise currently receive unique Clover Item IDs at each location, even when menus are centrally managed through Multi-Location tools. Testing confirmed that uploading and managing menus through Multi-Location still generates different Clover Item IDs per location.
This creates challenges for third-party integrations that rely on Clover Item IDs for product mapping. As a result, merchants operating multiple locations are forced to maintain separate menus and mappings for each store, despite managing inventory and menu updates centrally through Clover Enterprise.
