Online Ordering - Daypart
Dayparts is currently applicable to "In Store (POS devices)" only. Make Dapyparts applicable to Online Ordering and 3rd Party Ordering (Doordash, GH, UE etc).
This will enable to have menus available at specific day/time for online ordering too, in line with the In Store (POS devices) that's available currently.

Modifiers should allow a negative value. Like 1/2 portion for example.

I have customers that orders months ahead because during Chinese New Years I have an insane promotion that because my restaurant is packed with online orders, people always order ahead. In other systems I can set it to allow orders to be ordered months ahead, I wish Clover has this same functionality

With larger parties where an auto added , say 20% tip is added to the bill... Needs to be an option to add that under "TIPS" .

Currently, the ONLY way to add an auto tip % to large parties bill is by adding it to taxes and fees ...
BUT it is NOT a "tax" NOR a "fee"AND - Doing it as Clover only allows via taxes and fees...
Means the large table tip auto added "DOES NOT" show up under Employees "TIPS" in "TIP REPORTS" at the end of the day - Makes for missing entering tips…

Taxes and Fees
Ability to choose the appropriate tax for the item at the moment of the transaction ,not by default. Right now we only can program taxes by defaults /items level but if the merchant only use a clover device for payment processing and have different tax rates like in Puerto Rico (City Tax, State Tax, Reduce tax - for certain items) at the moment of transaction they can not choose the tax

Columns
In the Items list, I would like to change the default columns to suit the way we do business. Currenty, I have to remove unnecessary columns every time I look at a list. If I could check off what I want the defaults to be that would be a huge time savings.

Report by Stock Count
I need a report that allows me to see the stock count on items. If I could run it by Category, item type, or Vendor (if you would add a Vendor field to the item screen).

Item list
The right scroll bar on the Item screen (when you are adding or editing an item) disappeared this week. Can we have it back?

Inventory Input
On the items input screen, I would like a field to record the Vendor. It will help my staff when reordering product to be able to see the Vendor name. Also, I need to run reports by Vendor to keep track of sales and stock quantity.

Online Orders not syncing with POS inventory counts
Currently our online store does not sync with our POS when there are low counts on items. It recognizes 86 or sold out items automatically but NOT counts. This is detrimental as we have orders coming through in real time both in store and Online. Meaning we often oversell items on line that are sold out- IE - We have 2 turkey sandwiches left but someone can order as many as they want online. Please fix this!

Turned off menu items
Create a report to list when menu items are Manually turned off and not available for sale.
We want to know how often the store is running out of menu items.

Secondary URL for online orders for catering
Most restaurant merchants do Catering orders or Large orders that require at lease a day notice to fulfill. A Secondary URL for these type of orders and Item that

Include Server Name by In-Store on KDS
Please add the Server Name next to "In-Store" on the KDS so we do not have to click into the Order Note every time to see which server is assigned
