Surcharge information on Order Receipt
Is it possible on the order receipt to have Surcharge information available. With a sit-down restaurant without a handheld device, the order receipt is presented to the customer and then payment is taken. KDS Order Chime is Not Loud Enough
The chime that plays when an order is fired to the KDS is not loud enough. We turned up all the volume settings in the settings app, and with a noisy kitchen, it is very hard to hear. In some spots of the kitchen, I can't hear it at all. There also should be a way to change the type of chime that plays. Some chimes are easier to hear. I noticed in the settings app, you can change the chime type for notifications, but you cant for orders that fire to the KDS. Very disappointing. Hope its an easy…

Bring back "holding cash sales" option.
You recently discontinued the service plan we signed up for, and replaced it with a plan that removed a very important feature. Our servers would hold their cash sales and print a cash settlement report the end of their shift that automatically deducted their credit card tips from the cash they owed us. This was a very important feature we relied on, and you eliminated it right in the middle of a business day, with no warning. I recommend you reinstate this feature as soon as possible, or I'm sure many businesses will find other services.

Enable bulk upload of images on inventory items, instead of one image at a time. Could be very time consuming for Merchants that way.

processors receipts
There is a new update that autoprints when a transaction is declined. In the past in our busy environment we would leave the client with the processor to pay while helping other customers (high volume bar) and we could see that the transaction went thru from across the bar and acknowledge payment. It now prints even when the transaction is declined. Has caused us much grief and lost payments. It should be an option to turn this off especially because it was not a feature before.

Ability to run a comparative report of servers to be able to measure detailed sales performance of each server:
number of guests
selectable date range

a real time running timer from the Floor Plan
Needs real running timer showing from the table layout for an efficient operation. There are many AYCE restaurants with time limits, currently Clover Dinning app only indicates tables in red at certain preset time and servers need to click each table to check the actual running time or they need to login to web dashboard to check entire tables timer at once. Fulfillment
Allow orders fulfillment time to last longer than 1 hour. Half of my tabs disappear, when I switch to fulfillment time from order placement time. And a lot of time is wasted keeping receipts in order.
Would be much easier if receipts printed in order from fulfillment time, instead of order place time

DoorDash Dasher Tips in Employee Sales Report
Until around mid-April 2024, it was possible to view a tips breakdown in the Employee Sales report on the Clover POS devices. The total tip amount for each employee was broken down into "DoorDash Dasher tips" and "Employee tips". "DoorDash Dasher tips" are tips left by customers for online orders delivered through DoorDash Drive, while "Employee tips" are tips actually received by the employee for dine-in orders. It is no longer possible to view this information on the Clover device itself, and accessing the Dashboard is now the only way to view the tips breakdown. I am not sure why…

The ability to add a printer beeper/buzzer to the Star TSP100 order printer
Star already supports a printer buzzer (model BU01-24-A) that plugs into the RJ11 jack at the back of the unit. Ideally, we could set this to print to only certain order types, namely online orders that employees wouldn't necessarily be aware of.

Employee Reports should have number of transactions and breakdown of all cards used in the employee end of shift report so they can balance
Hello ~
My issue is I need a report for my employees end of shift report to print out the number of transactions they had for their shift. This was available before Wed April 24, 2024. The report had the subtotal of all cards (not detailed cards though) and then the tips separately, so the employees had to add these numbers together to get their total of their cards and tips.
Since the update April 24, 2024, they add together the amounts now, but do not give the number of transactions made so they can count up their physical copies.…
