Hello,
Can we create a Happy Hour concept that can go on Clover online ordering?
For example, Taco Tuesday would go live and online all day Tuesday from open to close.
Or for instance, 50% off menu from 3:00 - 5:00 every Thursday.

Printer setup.
The printer setup needs a setting to be able to have each Item print out separately instead of having them all print on one bill and adding a line below each print. There is an APP name smart print that allows you to do that on the clover app Market but that APP has way too many bugs.

Clover Dining Repeat
Can we please get a repeat button in the clover dining app? I don't want to give every employee the ability to delete printed items so that they can repeat a drink order without having to search for the drinks again. We can have a table full of drinks that need to be repeated and it takes time to have to enter them one by one

Clover-Dining Tip on Custom Tender
For a restaurant inside a hotel the merchant setup a custom tender to charge meals to the hotel room. However, they cannot add a tip to this tender. It would be really great to be able to allow tipping on custom tenders.

Provide ability in Tables app and Register to schedule orders in the future.
Create functionality to enter future delivery date/time that would work similar to online orders schedule at future time or dates and times. In addition add an interface that shows future orders to facilitate order fulfillment.

Category Reporting from head categories, not subcategories.
Instead of only having the option to look at reporting as sub categories, we would like to be able to see the Head categories on the reports and have submenus for subcategories. When i called into clover for reporting issues this was not an option for them to assist with.

Show Modifiers without showing their price on Payment Receipts
Currently Payment receipts have 3 different options for modifiers.
- Show All Modifiers
- Show Only Priced Modifiers
- Dont Show ModifiersIt would be nice if Clover offered a 4th option that a lot of other POS systems do. This option would be to "Show Modifiers without Price". Essentially this will show the modifiers on each item but the up charges for each item would just accumulate to the items subtotal instead of showing them listed individually.
For example. If I had a burger that cost $8.99 and I added an "Extra Patty" modifier for $1.50. Currently Clover's receipts…

Subcategory
Need unlimited amount of Subcategories. And also would like to be able to set up Items in the correct Subcategories on Terminals not only dashboard.
Templet spreadsheet does import subcategories in correctly when you export and re-import that same report. It puts all Subcategories in Category.

Printing order in Kitchen printer
When we press Pay, the system sends the order to the kitchen printer. Actually, in this stage, the Customer does not pay yet. We see another screen to choose a payment type, such as cash or credit card. If the customer cancels the order or add something to the order or his credit card declines, we can not control the order. The order has already started to be prepared. We only have one option to prevent this. The option we have to choose, send the order to the kitchen when the customer prints the receipt. Transfer Server on Closed Order
We really need a way to be able to transfer/change the server name on closed orders. This way if a mistake is made and the order is transferred to a manager's name or someone who just helps close out the tab, the business can adjust this when they notice the error and transfer it back to the correct server and have all tip reports adjusted so that this displays correctly.

Reopen Orders for Non-Card Payments
Recently Clover released the feature that allows merchant to reopen completed table orders. This feature has been a great addition however merchants are only able to reopen orders if the payment was made with card.
If the payment was made with Cash or Other Tender options then the order cannot be reopened. It can only be refunded. This does cause issues because sometimes merchants incorrectly mark the payment as cash or makes a mistake during split payments.
The reopen feature works great with card payments but we need the merchant to have the ability reopen the order and reassign it…

WHY did Clover REMOVE ability for Merchants to have DELIVERY OPTION in CLOVER ONLINE and WHY is DOORDASH the ONLY OPTION...DUMB!!

Servers needing better reports to tip bartenders to separate food from bar tip amount
NEED Tips at end of day to decipher between tips for food and regular beverages and tips for bar orders..
So servers can tip bar on bar items handled "WITHOUT" giving bar tips on "Entire" food order ( food they serve should not be portion of tip that goes to bartender)
NEED simpler way at the end of the day to see breakout by employee for bar tip versus food tip portion for total tips
Ie;
Days orders came to $1,000$200 of order was bar
$800 of order was food and beverage
Tip is 20% of the total ticket

Organize "All Items" on the Clover Kiosk
The first screen on the Clover Kiosk is "all items" and they are arranged alphabetically. This is confusing if you have several categories. Can the "all items" home screen still be organized by category? Or omit the "all items" screen and only show each category on the left hand side and have the first category be the first items that show up on the Clover Kiosk?

Order Date and Time - For Catering
When we take catering order via phone or email or even in-person, we need the ability to specify the date and time of the delivery or pick-up, and this can be in the future a few days or a few week later.
Additionally, if we can also have an option to specify up the prep date, that will be helpful, so, the orders can show up on top of the order list and print the kitchen ticket, on the day of the preparation.

Online Ordering future orders
We just got dayparts for our cafes, we have breakfast and lunch menu. I need customers to be able to place future orders for lunch even though at that time of day we are serving breakfast. Dayparts does not work for online ordering if there is no function to order lunch for a future date/time.

Allow for Special Instructions on COLO2 to be optional
Allow for Special Instructions on Online Ordering to be optional. Customers are taking advantage of asking for additional items on food, and employees are having a hard time figuring out if items that customers are listing under special instructions have been paid for or are needing payment collected. I tried to turn this Special Instructions off myself and there is no option to do so. I also called in to Clover to ask Tech Support to turn it off for me, they said this option is not optional to have removed.
