  4. We should be able to copy/multiply modifier groups so that we don't have to create almost the same modifier groups for different items. It would save a lot of time!

  5. I was at the clover summit last week and expressed this idea to xxxxx. He said this was the best forum to get it looked at.

    1. Auto gratuity currently doesn't show up on the end of day shifts report as part of the Cash sales - CC tips = owes house equation. This causes 2 of my merchants to do it manually, is there a way we can enter into the end of shift equation?

  6. I want the ability to have the Customer Information show up under the Orders Tab like it did once before. This is very important for when we want to see who we are delivering to without needing to always print the Order or Payment Receipt.

  8. Allow orders fulfillment time to last longer than 1 hour. Half of my tabs disappear, when I switch to fulfillment time from order placement time. And a lot of time is wasted keeping receipts in order.

    Would be much easier if receipts printed in order from fulfillment time, instead of order place time

  9. The sales report is displaying on the home screen of clover device. And our merchant don't want that. Could you please find a way to remove or hide it from the home screen.

  10. During shift change between my AM Barmaid and my PM Barmaid there is about a 30-45 min overlap in which they are both behind the bar. The AM Barmaid is closing out her customers getting them to pay their bill while the PM Barmaid is taking on all of the new customers who have just walked in. Nobody at this end of your system wants two sets of hands in the till because it opens us up for problems and lots of finger pointing when the numbers don't agree with the end of shift report.   11. The clover inventory app should keep tracks of inventory coming in and going out. We want a separate option where employee can only add to the inventory system and cannot deduct without a verification code

  12. End of shift Report
    It would be ideal to have a report where the Servers can print out at the end of their shift, with Credit card total sales, Credit card TIPS total, Cash sales total. And if they owe the house or the house owes them Every other system, but clover has this report. Please do something about ASAP

  13. Need the ability to have a Monthly Sales Report that shows the total Daily amount received broken out for Debit/Credit Card Sales; Cash Sales; Checks; and Gift Card Purchases all on one report. Very similar to the current Monthly Sales Report, but instead of all sales totalled together, break the totals out.

For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country. If turned on - customers can choose delivery, add an address and pay the fee with their checkout, will print a receipt with a delivery address (even better an address and unique QR code that the driver can scan which opens…

  15. Most Restaurants and Bars have multiple Shifts throughout the day. Cashiers and bartenders begin their shift with a starting cash (bank) to provide change to their customers. In established restaurants cashiers/bartenders are responsible for all cash transactions, sometimes with and without manager approval. It is a Requirement for their Shift Reports to include starting bank, cash payments, cash payouts and deduction of credit card tips.

    Currently Clover Shift Reports (Homebase) only tracks cash payments and credit card tips. That is unacceptable for most hospitality organizations.

  16. Title: Monthly View of Daily Item Sales Performance

    Description:
    The merchant is requesting enhanced reporting capabilities to better analyze item-level performance over time.

    Currently, the system only allows users to view sales data on a day-by-day basis, requiring them to manually navigate through each individual day to review item sales. This process is time-consuming and inefficient, especially when analyzing trends over longer periods.

  18. Currently, the Epson printer connection with the Clover POS does not allow us to limit printing to only to-go orders or online/mobile orders. As a result, labels are being printed unnecessarily, which leads to wasted supplies.

    We would love to explore adding this functionality to the integration, as it would help streamline operations and eliminate the need for additional labels going to waste.

    Please let us know if this is something that can be supported now or considered for future enhancements.

  19. We need to be able to "rename' in the Clover Dining App tables/tickets that have multiple guests. This will help us:

    1) Make a personal connection
    2) Identify which guest ordered what
    3) Simplify the billing process when we go to collect payment
