Add EBT Cash to the main Clover Device
The Clover Flex and smaller Clover Units have the ability to accept EBT Cash, however the main unit does not have that ability. It would be nice if it would allow for EBT.

Disable Partial Payments.
Please allow us to disable partial payment acceptance when using the sale app. If customer does not have the balance for purchase we should be able to just decline the transaction automatically like other devices.

Option to Print out tip suggestions on reciept or show on screen on demand.
It would be great if you could include a button that allows us the option to show tip suggestions on the screen or print on receipt on demand. Sometimes I need it to be printed on paper when bring it to a customers table and other times if they pay at the register i would like it to show on the screen. I know you can choose one or the other in print settings but its a hassel to switch back and fourth

Allow payment confirmations to be sent to the company email used to login to Clover Virtual Terminal
Currently payment confirmations can only be emailed to the Business Owner's email. If employees login to take payments and email invoices under the "Owner" account, they have access to the entire merchant account and all settings, which is not secure.

We need a pop up warning to verify that you do in fact want to remove taxes.
We often need to remove taxes but I want a verification pop up. This will make sure we are only removing taxes on orders that pertain and not accidentally removing them on an order that does not apply.

Bigger PAY Button on Invoices
Need to make the TINY little Blue "Pay" Button much bigger. You can barely see it. It's shown on the emailed invoice twice, but it doesn't matter if you can't read it or it doesn't grab your attention. Please make it larger so we can get paid... Thx

Force-post manual/phone-in authorizations
During a power failure or internet failure, we need the ability to force-post.
I can get phone credit card authorizations by calling firstdata, however there is no way to force-post with this authorization number.
This basic feature has been available on payment terminals since they were first introduced, as vendors were aware that communications and power are not 100% reliable.
The process we used to use is as follows:
- Run the credit card through the imprinter and fill out slip.
- Call the data host and get a voice authorization for a specific amount, specific card# and expiry date.

Sounds like you may be describing deferred authorizations. Clover does offer this through Offline payments.

remove the new branding animation feature for Mastercard everytime a merchant process the card
merchants are complaining that now everytime they process a mastercard on their clover mini or flex the mastercard logo comes out on their screen and then a yellow checkmark appears and then a sound to approve the mastercard. this is delaying the process by 10 seconds its so frustrating as they are use to having a transaction get approved in less than 2 seconds, PLEASE REMOVE this new branding animation feature !!!

Edit the amount that was pre-authorized
instead of having to ask the caller for their card again the client would like to be able to edit they amount that was originally pre-authorized in the authorizations app
