Ability to Delete, Hide or Unpublish POS Menus
We would like Owner & Admin users to be able to Delete, Hide or Unpublish POS Menus after they have been Published.
Not being able to clean up past menus that are no longer in use will lead to staff confusion if they need to manually select a Published menu.
We have a bar that charges $0.25 more for all drinks on Fridays & Saturdays. We duplicated the Default POS Menu & incremented all prices by $0.25 for their Friday & Saturday Daypart menus.

TIPS apps
Every morning we audit tips entered in the TIPS app by the staff. This is insure that customers are not over charged by a misentry as well as any tips that maybe left unentered.
Starting on the business day of 6/10/2025, the app was changed from (trying to work the logic backwards) being sorted by the time the transaction was started which kept sequential descending transaction numbers to a sort by the time in which the transaction was closed. This new sort throws the transaction numbers out of order. This is opposite of the workflow that has been in place…

Remember customer's email address
After the customer types in their email address, remember their email address so they don't have to type it in EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY VISIT. Every time I go to the same restaurant and use my exact same credit card I have to type in my email address.

Allow Kitchen Printing on the Essentials Service Plan
With the recent discontinuation of the Counter-Service Restaurant service plan, some smaller venues still need to print to a remote order printer, but do not have need for online ordering or the full features of Clover Dining as included in the Restaurant Growth plan.

Station Duo information
Allow users to remove information from the Station Duo main screen. It shows the daily sales tally and I don't want my employees to know that information.

Default Modifier
The Modifiers in COLO automatically set to a specific modifier when the minimum and maximum are both 1. It would be better for the option to have a checkbox that doesn't allow the order to be added to the cart ( like what happens when there are 1min 2 max) than the circle that automatically defaults . This can cause issues especially for merchants who have Vegan/Vegetarian establishments ( the modifier defaulting to a vegetarian item on a vegan order that can easily be overlooked).

Report for Voided Order Ticket After Order Receipt is Printed
For many merchants it is imperative to have a report for each items voided after order receipts are printed.

Logo displayed on device idle screen and/or background
I have clients who would be interested in being able to have their business logo displayed on the devices lock screen and/or background. This could apply to any of the devices really but this client specifically has a Mini. Especially for the Clover Duo this would establish a presence for the brand and this makes the business seem very official.

Allow merchants to change default reporting type in the reporting app on the device
Currently the default option is set to condensed reporting, merchant would like an option to have it default to a full report which is not available at the moment.

Different Service Charges by Order Type
Restaurant software offers the options to add service charge, restaurant owners want service charge by order type, if the order type in MAIN has a different percentage than another order type, they want the ability to to charge different % amount by order type take out vs main dining

Include table/order number and items sold on merchant payment receipt
There no way of knowing where the payment came from if we are to investigate for whatever reason. As a merchant, it is very important to be able to locate all transaction processed. The merchant receipt should have all the detailed Information that appears on the customer's receipt, that is, order/table number and item/items sold. Both receipts used to have detailed information before we had to change our equipments because of end of service

Bypass reCAPTCHA for digital wallet payments
Make order process quicker for customers that order/pay via QR code. They currently have to enter name, phone, email, then if they select mobile wallet payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, they must complete the reCAPTCHA grid. This is all time consuming for a cup of coffee. Thx

Restore Alphanumeric Characters to Flex 4
Merchant upgraded from the Flex 3 to Flex 4 and the employee lock screen no longer has the alphanumeric characters, only numbers. The only alphanumeric setting is for the customer-pin pad entry; however, they want it back for the employee lock screen.

Track order completion time
We would you like to know time between when an order is placed and when it is marked as fulfilled or completed. This will help improve customer satisfaction but also can be tool for training and promotion.

Customizable Customer Input Field on Clover Kiosk (Buzzer/Table Number Option)
Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:
A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or
A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).
The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:
Enable or disable it
Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)
Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow
This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.
