Multi KDS Kitchen & Server Mode Needed
Need a "Server/Food Runner Mode" on multi KDS situation with functionality that ensures orders don't disappear from the server screen when the Kitchen marks an item as ready. Currently, "Expo Mode" doesn't support this feature.
In this Server Mode, an indicator (e.g., a dot) could appear next to each item to show it has been marked as ready by the Kitchen. When the server touches the item on their screen, it would then be marked as completed on the Server Mode Screen. This would be an ideal solution. Thank you.

Enable Clover Online Ordering link & QR Code
In the current version of the Clover dashboard, the option to getting the Clover online ordering link and QR code is not available under the Online Ordering. Could you please enable this feature

Order Online under an individual Guest Tab
Give customers who are sitting in the restaurant the ability to order from their table under their own individual tab. While currently you can order from the table with the print table barcode function, this only allows items to be added to the whole table, and not under each guests individual tab. Sorting the ordered items to the correct guests afterwards would take too much work and would lead to more order mixups, especially as you cannot currently name each guest.

Device Printed COLO QR Codes are not enabled for DDD Delivery!
Device Printed COLO QR Codes are not enabled for DDD Delivery! Only the QR codes at the dashboard are enabled with DDD delivery option. Most of our merchants do not have PC's/Printers. The ability to print QR codes that work for both pick up and Delivery should be an option.

Disable Receipt Prompt on Duo
I just upgraded to Duo from our previous 2018 units. The customer facing screen of the Duo displays a receipt prompt at the end of every transaction, and I want to disable it.

I need the option to disable the use of passcodes. At my restaurant, we operate using employee cards, which are currently only used by managers. However, I need to remove the requirement for managers to use passcodes. Additionally, we need the new Clover devices to be enabled to accept employee cards as well.

Report
I need to have a report that shows the exact time each item is entered, even if it’s going to the same table. Clover has a “line item” feature, but if I add 3 margaritas at different times, it only shows the time of the first margarita.

manually entering weight without using scale
My merchant sells food the pound and is using clover with a weight scale, he would like to be able to enter manually the pounds in the clover when he is selling future orders for holidays etc... without actually weighting the product at the time of placing he order. The clover doesn't let him enter the quantity in pounds typed only coming from the weight scale... is this something Clover can do using the weight scale or there is a solution to this issue? Thank you

Currently you can Group line items for "order receipts" but this does not Group line items when printing to a Kitchen Printer. It comes out like this

Give admin access to devices and printer. Why was it removed? If there are 3 owners to a business, you expect them to share 1 main account with 2-factor logins? Not sure why Clover keeps messing things up.

App compare last year data
When using the mobile version of Clover, the screen we use most often is our Sales Overview to review sales for the day. Often this page will compare our daily numbers to numbers yesterday or last week. Now that we've been in business for 1 year, we'd like to see our numbers compared to the same day last year. I was informed by Clover Tech Support that there is no setting to change this, and that you have to use the web browser version of Clover to search this data (which is not convenient).
