Disable Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering. We would like to disable the feature for customers to Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering so our servers can process the payment for them. This creates some confusion because we don't know when someone has paid for their tab already.

View Open Orders on Dashboard
When in the restaurant, it's easy to see all open orders. On the dashboard, there is no way to filter on open orders, forcing me to scroll through hundreds of orders to find those that haven't yet been paid.

DoorDash needs both pickup and delivery fulfilment options
Currently, doordash integration on the Clover Online Ordering only offers the pickup option and merchant needs the ability to have both pickup and delivery fulfilment options.

Condensed sales report needs to include totals
The new condensed sales report on device provides the Sales by Tender Type, but we must add the figures together to determine card totals. It'd be helpful to have the "Total" section from the Full Report on the Condensed Report.

Restore Alphanumeric Characters to Flex 4
Merchant upgraded from the Flex 3 to Flex 4 and the employee lock screen no longer has the alphanumeric characters, only numbers. The only alphanumeric setting is for the customer-pin pad entry; however, they want it back for the employee lock screen.

Allow Promo Codes (Discount Codes) on Clover Online Ordering
All the major POS/Online Ordering platforms have the ability to handle promo codes or coupon codes for online ordering. It is a highly requested feature. Clover should integrate the discounts app with online orders.

Stock Count for Per Unit Items
For items that are measured per unit (such as deli meat that is pounds or ounces), there should be a way to track stock according to this unit. At least for basic units like pounds and ounces that delis, cafes, etc often use. So if merchant has 5 lbs of turkey and they sell 1.5 lbs, then stock count would be 3.5 lbs of turkey.

Option to Filter Sales Overview by Employee on Stations
Being able to filter by employee when running the sales overview from a station would be very helpful in environments when you cannot always turn off "view all sales activity" for servers and/or bartenders & do lots of paid outs or paid ins.
Since the Homebase and Shifts reports do not account for Paid Outs and Paid Ins, it would be nice to be able to use the Sales Overview with more flexibility from the ground level. KDS display should list the categories and modifiers as they are assigned in register instead of how the order is put in.
Merchant would like the items, categories and modifiers to be listed as they appear in the inventory app on the KDS, not how they appear now, which is the order by which the server puts in the order. This current method causes modifiers to be out of order and items to be possibly listed in the wrong order as well.

Ability to Filter Tips by Date
We have a few locations that would love to be able to filter the Tips app by date.
We have a bar that checks all tips entered the prior night for accuracy before they manually settle the batch. This helps prevent calls from customers due to tip entry errors. They would love to only see the tips from a specific date or yesterday.

Item tracking for Modifiers and full recipes
We need to keep up with because they can track item stock quantity on a granule level through their modifiers and every item that goes into the entirety of the recipe.

Promotions on Uber integrations
When there are 3rd party platform like uber, the promotions that are run in uber or other 3rd party platforms are not congruent with the reporting in Clover Reporting dashboard or app

Add "Show Online" For the system using Kiosk
In Inventory App, since we use Kiosk, there are button of "Show on POS" and "Show on Kiosk", but NOT "Show Online".
We need to have all 3 of them
- Show on POS
- Show on Kiosk
- Show Online
This helps us to update online item on the Register Clover without going through the computer3 votes -
Printing all courses
Print the full order with all courses shown. The ones to be fired are shown as prepare, the course to follow show hold. This way the kitchen knows what is coming and can plan. Then the wait staff can send a re-fire to prepare the courses when needed.

New Clover Kiosk Needs to have a DONE or No receipt button for the kiosk to not force to have to print a payment receipt every single transaction as most customers dont want paper payment receipts. except maybe an order receipt.
please add this option just like every other clover device has this option to skip the payment receipt so that paper receipts are not piled up all on the floor or around the kiosk because of customers not wanting it.10 votes -
BE ABLE TO UPDATE INVENTORY INSTANTLY. (UPON EVERY ORDER)
INVENTORY NEEDS TO UPDATE THE SECOND A SERVER ORDERS AN ITEM. SO THAT THE SECOND SERVER BEHIND HIM IMMEDIATELY KNOWS THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE INVENTORY. INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR THE BILL TO BE PAID FOR FOR INVENTORY TO UPDATE IN THE SYSTEM.
RIGHT NOW INVENTORY UPDATES ONLY AFTER THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THEIR BILL.

Merchant would like online menus to have option for different modifiers than what appears on POS.
Modifier prices and names are the same as the items listed in Items List. Merchant would like the modifiers and items to be completely independent of item list in online menus.

Food beeper integration
I have a Beeper system that works in my Food Court. The Kiosk must have an option where the customer has the option of taking a number and that it also appears printed on the ticket as an identifier of the order if the customer decides not to give their phone number for privacy reasons in order to locate them within the Food Court (8 restaurants and 30 tables).
